Todos Santos is a designated Pueblo Magico an hour north of Cabo, built around a colonial centre of galleries, restaurants and adobe courtyards, with farm land running out to the Pacific. Sarah works out of The Agency office in the town centre, on Calle Miguel Hidalgo.

Sarah’s forever home since 2022, a farming and surf town on the Pacific.
El Pescadero sits between Todos Santos and Cabo, a working farming town with organic huertas, a growing restaurant scene and a long Pacific beach. Sarah moved between California and Baja for years before making Pescadero her forever home in April 2022, and much of her sold record sits here.

Playa Cerritos is the swimmable, surfable beach that put this stretch of coast on the map, with condominiums, beach clubs and hillside lots above it. Sarah’s past transactions include lots in the heart of Cerritos.

A quiet beach neighbourhood of walled villas and casitas north of Todos Santos.
Las Tunas is the low density beach neighbourhood immediately north of Todos Santos, a grid of sandy lanes, walled gardens and architect built casitas a short walk from the sand. Sarah’s largest published sale, a two house beach compound, closed here at $975,000.

Palm orchard parcels above Pescadero, where Sarah has closed six lot sales.
Huerta Hermosa is a subdivision of palm and fruit orchard parcels in the Pescadero valley, popular with buyers who want to build rather than buy finished. Six of Sarah’s published closings are Huerta Hermosa lots, from $48,333 to $52,000.

Corona del Pacifico is a hillside development of ocean view building lots on the Pacific side, close enough to Pescadero for services and high enough for a long coastline view. One of Sarah’s current listings is a 0.45 acre lot here at $150,000.
